Atlas Block Maps

Here you will find various maps of the atlas blocks.  Some are dynamically generated on this website and may be printed in a variety of formats from your computer.  Others are images and may also be printed.  We suggest using the images of the counties to outline blocks in your own copy of the Sportsman's Atlas for reference as you travel the state.

•  All Blocks  - Shows all of the blocks throughout the state on a Google-generated map.  Zoom in (using the + symbol) for more detail.
•  County Maps  - All blocks within a county are outlined on these pages
•  Block Maps  - Google-generated maps outlining the block with the ability to switch from roads to an aerial view as well as zoom in and out.
•  Habitat Maps  - Used to verify habitats and mark changes since the 2002 GIS maps were created.
•  BBA1 Coverage  - This map shows the coverage from the first Breeding Bird Atlas. It will be apparent what areas of the state were short on hours.  Plan a weekend in one of these areas to help in the effort.
